Making a Purchase:
Most major credit cards are accepted via the simple shopping basket. You must provide your full billing address as registered with your credit/debit card. Payment will be required before any goods are dispatched.
Whilst every effort will be made to meet delivery arrangements, we do not accept any liability for the consequences of any delays outside of our control. We try to ensure that all items displayed are readily available, although we cannot guarantee online availability.
We reserve the right to refuse an order should we be unable to agree on arrangements, price, delivery schedule, and conditions.
Credit Card Security
When you place an order you will be taken to SagePay so that you can make a secure payment. After completing the payment, your order will be confirmed and you will receive an order confirmation email. We do not see or hold your card information.
We aim to ship all orders the next working day.
UK orders over £10 qualify for free standard delivery which takes up to 5 working days from dispatch. If you need the order sooner than that, please select the next working day delivery option at checkout.
For orders less than £10:
- Standard UK Delivery: £1.99 – Delivery will take up to 5 working days
- Next Working Day (order before 1 pm): £6.99
- Europe: £4.99 – Delivery will take 6-7 working days
- Rest of World: £9.99 – Delivery will take 10-14 working days
Lost/Late Items policy:
We cannot refund/replace lost or late items until 14 working days after the date of dispatch for domestic delivery. For international deliveries, this becomes 28 working days.
Damaged or faulty goods:
We take great care when packing your order, but should you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org your order information so we can look at how best to resolve the issue.
If items you have ordered are unsuitable and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must inform us within 7 working days of receipt. We will then be happy to exchange or refund the goods.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept earrings, nose pins, or any sets including earrings or nose pins for sanitary reasons.
- Cosmetics can be exchanged or refunded if returned to us within 7 days, provided they are in their original packaging and remain unopened. Due to the nature of the product and hygiene considerations, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any opened cosmetic products.
- Some items contain a security tag to protect against misuse. No refunds or exchanges will be given if security labels or tags have been tampered with or removed.
- We will not accept returns or exchanges if you dislike the shade or color and therefore recommend you are satisfied prior to order.
- We will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please follow the returns procedure as follows:
- Please email us at email@example.com to generate a return. Include your reason for the return, order reference number, product code, contact number, and address in the email.
- All products must be returned to us unused, unworn and unmarked, and must be returned with the original packaging. Proof of purchase and original documents must be returned with the products.
- Returns will be processed as soon as we receive them.
- We strongly recommend that when returning items you obtain proof of postage or use recorded delivery. Mytoptrendz will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
